This one-day refresher course is required every two years for lead abatement workers to maintain their certification for commercial buildings and superstructures. A second certificate for OSHA Lead-In-Construction training will also be provided upon successful completion of this program. This program refreshes individuals on information presented in the initial course, such as the properties and health effects of lead, abatement hazard reduction strategies, and respiratory protection programs.

NJ Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor (Refresher)

$240.00

This one-day refresher course refreshes individuals on initial course information, such as identifying the presence of lead-based paint and determining its hazards. It also updates individuals on relevant state and Federal regulations.

In New Jersey, ALL Lead Inspector/Risk Assessors who do not work for a local health department MUST license their company with the DCA.
