All student records are kept confidential. Certain student information is shared with the states where student is seeking licensing.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Trainee(s) may receive a full refund if their registration is cancelled prior to the start of a program. If a program is in progress, no refunds will be issued if trainee(s) withdraw from class. A credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
