The instructor (Mark), was excellent. He spoke very clear and concise and the info was easy to retain - he kept it very interesting.

All in all it was a very good experience. The instructor was knowledgeable and was able to answer questions from the group. He kept the training flowing and did not fall behind. The practical portion of the training was very well demonstrated.
