This four-day course is required for the training of individuals in the abatement of lead for commercial buildings and superstructures. A second certificate for OSHA Lead-In-Construction Training will also be provided upon successful completion of this program. These workers find employment primarily on superstructures with bridge, overpass, and tank painting contractors.
The course discusses the history, properties, and health effects of lead, methods of lead detection, abatement strategies, and various on-site work practices. Comprehensive hands-on training is provided during the course.

Trainee(s) may receive a full refund if their registration is cancelled prior to the start of a program. If a program is in progress, no refunds will be issued if trainee(s) withdraw from class. A credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
