Recently, New Jersey eliminated dual-certification courses, meaning New Jersey only and Pennsylvania only license holders CANNOT attend the same class. If you carry licenses in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, you may attend the New Jersey only course and acquire your Pennsylvania license via reciprocity.
This one-day refresher course is required annually for asbestos abatement supervisors to retain their license. The course reviews topics discussed in the initial course and provides an overview of current information as well as updates to state and Federal regulations, supervisor responsibilities, and abatement methods.
To obtain the state license or permit, trainees must have proof of education and/or experience. Contact Access or the appropriate state for details.
Trainee(s) may receive a full refund if their registration is cancelled prior to the start of a program. If a program is in progress, no refunds will be issued if trainee(s) withdraw from class. A credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
