The Asbestos Building Inspector Course is a 3 day course.
This three-day course is required for individuals to obtain an EPA AHERA building inspector license. These individuals may perform building surveys by taking samples of suspect asbestos-containing materials. It covers the skills of performing asbestos inspections in schools and public/commercial buildings.
A state license is required in certain states. To obtain the state license or permit, trainees must have proof of education and/or experience. Contact Access or the appropriate state for details.
The Management Planner Course is a 2 day course.
This two-day course is required for individuals who will create an asbestos management plan and assess the hazards of asbestos-containing materials as required by the EPA AHERA (schools K - 12) regulation. A current building inspector training certificate is required to become a management planner.

Trainee(s) may receive a full refund if their registration is cancelled prior to the start of a program. If a program is in progress, no refunds will be issued if trainee(s) withdraw from class. A credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
