Access has developed this webinar to provide the information that employers need to know to prepare for an OSHA audit.  This 2-hour webinar will outline the regulations upon which the audits will focus and how to be prepared with the appropriate programs and records to limit your company’s potential for OSHA fines.  These records would also provide a basis for a defense against lawsuits from the families of the stricken employees, as part of a company’s prudent response to the COVID-19 hazard.

The course will review a minimum of ten applicable and related OSHA regulations, including these key regulations: Recording & Reporting Occupational Injuries and Illnesses, Personal Protective Equipment, Respiratory Protection, Sanitation, Hazard Communication, and Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the OSH Act.  Trainer will review OSHA’s detailed instructions issued to their auditors, known as Compliance Safety and Health Officers (CHSOs), in response to COVID-19 investigations.

Topics Covered:  Brief Background and Current Status of Coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2; Overview of Health Effects; SARS-CoV-2 Transmission; Review of Applicable OSHA Regulations; Review of OSHA Audit Procedures; Review of OSHA Enforcement Guidance Document for COVID-19
