Course tuition includes course manual and handouts, ACCESS examinations, and Certificates of Completion. Trainee is responsible for all applicable fees to obtain state licenses.

Refresher course attendees must provide proof of initial training, proof of last refresher training and state licenses in order t receive state renewal forms and Certificates of Completion.

Cancellations will be accepted up to five (5) days prior to the first day of class. A cancellation fee of $ 100.00 will be charged to the individual canceling after that time. Tuition is non-refundable to individuals canceling on or after the first day of class. Rescheduling will be considered on an individual basis.
