This 5 day program fulfills the EPA Model Accreditation initial training required for
Lead-based Paint (LBP) Inspectors and Risk Assessors. Training topics include characteristics and uses of LBP, Health hazards of exposure,HUD, EPA, OSHA regulations, exposure monitoring,legal liabilities, record keeping, inspection techniques, hazard control options, sampling protocols, report preparation, and risk assessment report preparation.
The open enrollment program conducted at ACCESS include: instruction, demonstrations, and workshops. This training is also accredited by the State of New Jersey.
Duration: Five Days, 40-Hour Program
