This 2 hour program fulfills the EPA AHERA initial training requirements for custodial personnel working around asbestos containing materials, as well as OSHA's requirements for persons performing Class IV asbestos work

Training topics include characteristics and uses of asbestos, health hazards of exposure, OSHA worker protection regulations, waste disposal, and safe work pratices. The open enrollment program conducted at ACCESS includes classroom instruction and media presentations. Onsite contract programs are available.
